I played a key role in designing and implementing the tutorial and password management systems, ensuring smooth gameplay mechanics and dynamic interactions to enhance the player experience. About the Project
This game is a collaborative effort developed in Unreal Engine by a team of 3 developers and 15 artists, focusing on delivering an immersive gameplay experience with a high level of polish. As one of the developers, my work centered around the tutorial and password management systems to ensure responsive controls and seamless character animations.

Game Description
Sisecure is a serious game designed to teach players about best practices in cybersecurity. Players must manage their passwords carefully and sort emails correctly to avoid being hacked. The strength of your password directly influences the monsters that attack you, making the game both educational and engaging.
With engaging mechanics and a focus on cybersecurity awareness, Sisecure blends fun gameplay with educational content, making every level a meaningful adventure!
My Contributions
1. Password Management System
- Designed and implemented the entire password management system in C++, ensuring the strength of the password directly influences the difficulty of the monsters that attack the player.
- Iteratively tweaked the password strength algorithm to achieve a balance between security and gameplay challenge.
- Developed a user-friendly interface for password input and feedback, ensuring players understand the impact of their choices.
2. Tutorial Design
- Built the comprehensive tutorial mode including:
- Step-by-step guidance on password management and email sorting.
- Interactive elements to ensure players understand the game's mechanics and cybersecurity principles.
- Ensured the tutorial was clear and easy to understand, making it accessible for artists to build upon the UI.
3. Gameplay Refinements and Extra Features
- Contributed to additional game features to improve usability and enhance the overall player experience.
- Focused on integrating art assets and gameplay mechanics cohesively, ensuring all systems worked in sync with the team’s artistic vision.
